BILLIE ANN McDONALD
June 2, 1934 ~ April 15, 2018

While surrounded by family and friends, Billie Ann Kidd McDonald entered Heaven on April 15, 2018 at 6:20pm in Harrah, Oklahoma. She was 83 years young.

Billie was born on June 2, 1934 in Palacios, TX to James Curtis Kidd and Sallie Kidd. Billie attended school in Palacios, as well.

She married Arvin B. 'Mac' McDonald and lived in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas at various different times, settling in Nicoma Park, OK in 1968, with her family.

Billie was a beautiful, wonderful and loving mother to 3 children; Billie Sue McDonald, Debra K. Rose, and Katherine R. Trevino.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 daughters (Billie Sue McDonald and Katherine R. Trevino), 3 sisters (Faye Clements, Lucille Mathis and Lois White), 1 brother (James B. Kidd), son-in-law (James R. Weaver) and 1 Great Grandchild, Victoria Trevino.

She leaves behind, her daughter Debra Rose, and her children, Audrey A. Rose and Emily K. Rose-Morris (husband Branson) and their father, Clifford P. Rose.

Grandchildren Angela C. Johnson, her husband Ben and their children, Amanda, Savannah and David. Christopher A. Trevino, his wife Cecelia and their children, Jennibelle and Chris Jr., and Greg E. Trevino and wife Stacey. Billie is loved and missed by her entire family and many friends.

During her career as an Expert Seamstress and Industrial Sewing Machine Operator, she worked for numerous companies sewing, and designing and making patterns. She also assisted in the design and manufacturing of clothing for retail sales.

In the mid 1980's, Billie and Mac (her husband) opened their own manufacturing business in Nicoma Park, OK., specializing in custom made satin jackets, custom monogramming, embroidery and alterations. Billie also co-owned a sewing and alterations company with her sister, Lois White, in Houston, TX.

Billie was a Christian and believed in the Holy Trinity. Growing up, she and Mac attended the 1st Baptist Church of Palacios, TX. While living in Oklahoma she was a member of the 1st Baptist Church of Choctaw, OK and was a Sunday School Teacher there, as well. Later, she became a member of the 1st Baptist Church of Nicoma Park, OK.

Billie's favorite movies were westerns starring John Wayne. She also liked watching Criminal Minds having fun trying to figure out "Who Done It". Her favorite past time was playing Donkey Kong on her Super Nintendo. Her favorite color was Pink and her favorite flower was The Yellow Rose of Texas.

During her lifetime, Billie raised and owned 2 Eskimo Spitz dogs, consecutively. Both, were named 'Tina'. Billie was a Beautiful, Wonderful and Loving Wife, Mother, Sister, Aunt, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.

A Private Celebration of Life was held for Billie on her birthday, June 2nd, 2018 in Palacios, TX.

Per her wishes, her cremains were scattered off the Pier into the Gulf of Mexico, at sunset.

May she forever dance under the moonlight with her beloved husband, Mac. She will remain in our hearts and minds forever. We love and miss you.
