William T. Abbott, a divisional manager for Tube Turns, collapsed and died in Philadelphia yesterday shortly after arriving there from Pittsburgh by bus. He was 52.
Abbott, who lived at 1600 Lucia, had been a Tube Turns employee 25 years. He was a native of Hammonton, N. J.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Nancy Grundy Abbott; a son, William Harley Abbott; a brother, Thomas S. Abbott, Hammonton; and his mother Mrs. Nettie Abbott, also of Hammonton.
The body is being returned to Ratterman's St. Matthews Funeral Home, 3711 Lexington Road.
