James "Jimmy" E. Coggins, 80, passed away October 8, 2019. He was preceded in death by his grandchildren, Megan Boese and Corey Coggins and his brother-in-law Cupert Lira. Jimmy is survived by his wife of 22 years, Lorraine; children, Vickie (Mark) Boese, Scott (Niki) Coggins, Kari Coggins, and Rick (Cheryl) Coggins; Stepchildren, Greg (Michelle) Romero, Sheri Romero, Ilysia (Chris) Romero grandchildren, Jessie, Cassie, Giana, Amanda, Ryan, Brandon, Macaria, Sammi, Dominic, Amanda, Sasha, DeLoy, Danielle, Alani, Antonio, Samantha, Cecilia, Tasha, Ronnie, ShyAnn, Michael, Krista, Kristi, Lauren, and Christopher; 18 great grandchildren, including his little pal, Javin. He is also survived by his sister Sheila Barker and sister in-law Ellen Lira; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Jimmy served in the US Navy from 1957-1959, and retired from the Pueblo Fire Department after 20 years of service. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Memorial service will be held Saturday October 19, 2019, 10:00 am at Imperial Funeral Home Chapel with inurnment to follow at Imperial Memorial Gardens.
