May 20, 1931 - October 10, 2019 Betty Janice Asher, 88, of Manchester, KY, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2019 at her home.

She was born in Harlan, KY on June 5, 1931, a daughter of the late Dewey Asher and Robbie Hedgecoth Asher.

She is survived by one sister, Norma Jean (Eddie) Campbell of Manchester, KY. Betty is also survived by one sister-in-law, Martha Asher of Vero Beach, FL.

Betty Janice was preceded in death by her parents as well as two brothers, Sonny and Harry Edwin Asher.

She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who mourn her passing.

Ms. Asher was a member of Manchester Methodist Church for 60 years. She was also employed as a Dental Technician.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 14, 2019, at Britton Funeral Home with Daniel Henson officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens in Manchester, KY.
