Thuy Thi Nguyen, age 69, passed away on October 9, 2019. She was born on August 20, 1950 in Saigon, Vietnam. Thuy enjoyed sewing, gardening, watching drama movies, listening to music and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Chay Luu; children, Hai Nguyen, Khoa Luu, Hoc Luu and Nhi Luu; and grandchildren, Hung Nguyen, An Nguyen, Hieu Nguyen, Thao Nguyen and Landon Cam.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., with funeral service to begin at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, October 13, 2019 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines. Interment will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, October 14th at Glendale Cemetery.
