CHESAPEAKE – Tracy Lynn Cobb, 34, of the 2900 block of Mattox Drive, passed away on January 5, 2007 in Chesapeake after a brief illness. A native of Chesapeake, she was the daughter of Dale C. and Lois Warner Weatherly. She had been employed as an assistant manager with A Step In Time. In addition to her parents, she is survived by a daughter, Shelby Cobb; three sons, Taylor Cobb, Cameron Cobb, and Jeffery Hughes, Jr., all of Chesapeake; two sisters, her twin, Tammy Weatherly of Chesapeake, and Melissa Skilbred and her husband, Aaron of Suffolk; a niece, Kayla Skilbred; three nephews, Dustin Weatherly, Brandon Skilbred, and Javin Skilbred; her paternal grandmother, Neva Weatherly; and her paternal grandfather, Paul Warner, both of Cuba, NY. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens, 524 Cedar Road, Chesapeake, with Rev. Robert Jordan officiating. The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home, Greenbrier Chapel, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake on Monday from 7-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 4416 Expressway Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23452.
