Eunice was the daughter of Absalom and Matilda Walker Clark. She married Loyal F. Wenger, 24 Nov 1881, Licking County, Ohio.

MRS. LOYAL WENGER

Mrs. Eunice L. Wenger, of 45 Jefferson St., widow of Loyal Wenger, died at 5:20 p.m. Sunday in Newark Hospital. She was admitted Saturday.

Mrs. Wenger, who observed her 98th birthday anniversary Feb. 9, was a lifelong resident of Licking County and for a number of years was active in the work of the Christian Congregational Church in Highwater. She was the organizer of the first Ladies Aid Society of the church and taught Sunday School class and had held offices in the church organizations.

Born Feb. 8(sic), 1862, in McLean(sic) Township she was the daughter of Absolom and Matilda (Walker) Clark, and was the last of her family. Her husband preceded her in death in 1954, and surviving are a foster son, Floyd Clark of Kent and a grandson. A son is deceased.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Christian Congregation Church of which she was a member. The Rev. Homer Rice will officiate and burial will be made in Wilson Cemetery. Friends may call at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home after 7 p.m. Monday and the body will be placed in the church at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.
