Mr. Tobe McKinney died at his home on Texas Road, three miles from the city, last Saturday.
He was the victim of consumption and a short time before his death contracted a severe cold.
He was well known in this city where he was universally esteemed . No man in the country enjoyed the respect and confidence of his neighbors and friends to a greater degree than did Tobe McKinney.
He was buried in Falconer Cemetery. Rev Geo F. Degen conducting the religious services.
