Paul H. Bower, 69, of Confluence, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2019 in Siemen's Lakeview Manor, Somerset. He was born February 28, 1950, a son of Dane and Edith (Spittal) Bower. His parents preceded him in death. He is survived by cousins, John Spittal and wife, Donna, Ursina, Roger Spittal and wife, Connie, Farmington, Samuel Spittal and wife, Josephine, Ursina and Colleen Keberly and husband, Alan, Berlin as well as numerous other cousins. Paul was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Confluence and was employed at various Confluence grocery stores over the years. There will be no viewing or visitation. Burial will be private in Addison Cemetery.
