Billy Dean Allison, Fort Gibson resident, passed from this life on October 9, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family.

Bill was born April 26, 1933 in Elk City, OK the son of M.T. and Elizabeth Viola (Green) Allison. He was a 1953 graduate of Muskogee Central High School. Billy was married to Nancy Irene Ward on December 11, 1954 in Muskogee. They were married for 56 years until her death in 2010. He worked as a glazier at Muskogee Glass and later Dickman Glass for 53 years. He enjoyed model trains and was a very talented woodworker.

Surviving are his children, Billy Allison and wife Patty, Sandra Dry, Bobby Allison and Jimmy Allison; grandchildren Jenifer Taylor, Stephanie Hutchens, Ashley Collier, Brock Allison, Hannah Allison, Melanie Provence, Lyndsi Allison, Chansi Allison and Mia Cobell and 13 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and a brother, Bobby Allison.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday October 13, 2019 at the Muskogee Seventh Day Adventist Church with Pastor Rudy Juarez officiating. Interment will be 11:00 am Monday at Citizens Cemetery in Fort Gibson under the direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home of Muskogee. Viewing will be on Saturday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
