Debra Ann was born on July 9, 1964 in Escambia County, Pensacola, Florida to the late Lee Ernest Sr. and Louise Middleton. She confessed and accepted Christ at an early age. She grew up at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, she later joined Friendship Missionary Baptist Church and was a member of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church.
Debra Ann was preceded in death by her father, Lee Ernest Sr; mother, Louise Middleton; grandparents, Tom and Lula Middleton, Willie and Arethia Graves and sisters, Darlene and Jaqueline Middleton.
Debra Ann lived her life to the fullest. She worked as a beautician, election poll worker and a group home supervisor. Helping people was her passion. Debra's hobbies were softball, going to the flea market to sell clothes and attending musical events in the city.
Debra Ann leaves behind a devoted son, Miller (Sharolyn) Middleton, Sherman and Charles Culliver Jr.; five grandchildren, Shaniyah, Nabria, Shabria, Antonio and Miller J. Middleton; devoted sister, Ineace Middleton Matthews (Min. Jerome Matthews), Gail Middleton, Mary (Ricky) Atwood, Keyanna Middleton, all of Pensacola, FL, Tonia Buchanan of Riverdale GA, Ernestine Middleton of New Orleans, LA; brothers, Gus (Lisa) Allen, a devoted brother Paul (Julie) Allen, Rev. Lee Ernest Jr. (Lucille) Middleton, Arroney Reed, Shaun and Johnny Gettis, all of Pensacola, FL, Henry Rudolph of Selma, AL, Ernest Lee Middleton, Willie Middleton of Detroit, MI; husband, Charles Culliver, Sr; special and devoted god mother, Helen Smith; god sisters, Mamie J.
