Christopher James Douglas Collins (JD), 46, of Chillicothe, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at his home. He was born October 4, 1973 in Chillicothe to Judith Collins of Chillicothe and CD (Dottie) Collins of Florida. Survivors include brother, Patrick (Lisa) Bosstic of Chillicothe; sisters, Vicki Small of Columbus and Robin (Larry) Clark of Frankfort; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by sister, Tonya Collins. JD was a HVAC installer and was employed by a company in Columbus. JD was an avid guitar player and played in multiple local bands. He wanted to be a guitar played since childhood and played often with his father. A memorial service will be held at a later date
