Edward C. Puffen Sr., age 77, of Naugatuck, beloved husband of the late Theresa M. Gayda Puffen, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 in Waterbury Hospital. Born in Nanticoke, PA on May 3, 1936, he was the son of the late Veronica Puffen. He was a retired police officer for the City of Bridgeport with 27 years of dedicated service. He served with the National Guard and was a member of the Bridgeport Police Union. He was a dedicated father, grandfather and great grandfather and will be forever missed.
