PV2 US ARMYJerome Davis was born on August 24, 1960 in Lumberton, North Carolina to Eva Bellamy and the late Allen Jerome Davis. He departed this life on Wednesday, October 2, 2019.

In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by: two sisters: Hilda Ann Bellamy, Eileen Colvin; a nephew, Kelvin Lancaster and his favorite uncle, John Luther Bowens "Piggy".

Jerome was affectionately known by his family and friends as "PeeWee" or "Shorty". He was short but feisty. He talked a lot of trash and would cut you before you knew it. He loved rebuilding and working on cars. He worked for a fleet truck service for over twenty years. Jerome's favorite saying was "Rise and Shine." He loved his daddy, momma, brothers, sisters, children and grandchildren very much. He had a special bond with his daddy, Allen Davis, brother, Anthony Gordon and Uncle Piggy.
