Mr. Caskey was a retired Law Enforcement Officer in the surrounding counties and was a member of Oaklawn Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Marla (Douglas) Caskey of Paducah; two sons, Frank McKinzie and wife Jessica of Boaz, Travis McKinzie of Benton; two daughters, Bobbie Caskey, Shalon Caskey-Day and husband Tim both of Paducah; two brothers, Edward Caskey, Richard Caskey both of White Hall, IL; two sisters, Sandy Griffith of Springfield, MO, Sherry Caskey of White Hall, IL; 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Caskey; mother, Lucille (Jolly) Craven; one brother, two grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Sills officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
