Veronica was the daughter of George Perry and Catherine "Honey" Marshall. She was educated in the Bleckley County School System and graduated from Bleckley County High School with the Class of 1979. She was a member of the Fellowship Bible Baptist Church in Warner Robins, Georgia where she also was a member of the Cancer Survivor Support Group.
She was married to Jethoran Hall for 37 years.
