Donna J. McIntosh, 80, of Coffeyville, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Windsor Place in Coffeyville.

She was born August 8, 1934, at Edna, KS to Clifford and Mabel (Majors) Johnson. Donna grew up and attended school in Edna.

In 1950, she married Floyd "Bud" McIntosh at the Assembly of God in Coffeyville. Following their marriage they made their home in Coffeyville. Donna worked at Litwin's Clothing Store, Bynum's Men's Wear, and U.S.D. 445 in Food Service.

She was a member of the Lewark Church of God in Coffeyville. Donna loved working for her church, but most of all loved spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Bud of the home; one son, Tim McIntosh of Coffeyville; two daughters, Connie Wade of Independence, and Debbie Yates of Wann, OK; nine grandchildren; and twenty eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother.

Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 3, 2014 at the Southview Church of God in South Coffeyville, OK with Rev. John Lockaby officiating. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery north of Coffeyville.

Friends may call on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the David W. Barnes Funeral Home in Coffeyville. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home
