Montgomery - Mr. Jessie L. Douglas a resident of Montgomery, AL received his wings on September 26, 2019 at his home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. from Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Walter Ellis, Pastor and Pastor Chauncey Ballard of Agape Missionary Baptist Church, officiating. Interment in Eastwood Memorial Gardens. Jessie is survived by three Awesome/ Dynamic children: Orlando Douglas, Atlanta, GA; Cedric (Anita) Douglas and Kimberly (Greg) Ball both of Montgomery, AL; blessed with five grandchildren, Demetrice Griggs, Kroshunda Douglas, Genita Ball, Tenisha Douglas and Satrinia Douglas all of Montgomery, AL; six great grandchildren, Genajahia Ball, Jordan Slayton, Harmony Griggs, Gavin Ball and Bailey Griggs all of Montgomery, AL; five brothers, Matthew Douglas Jr., Manhattan, NY; Leon (Mamie) Douglas, Montgomery, AL; George (Leslie) Douglas, Manhattan, NY; James Douglas, Montgomery, AL; and Willie L. Douglas, Montgomery, AL; and three sisters, Corlinda Chappell, Bronett (John) Terrell, and Cynthia Douglas, all of Montgomery, AL. The family of Jessie L.
