Ms. Seay is preceeded in death by father and mother William and Mary Honea. She also is predeceased by her son Mike Seay and brother in law James Johnston. She is survived by: her husband of 60 years, Marvin E. Seay; her four other children, Mark Seay, Scott Seay, Steve Seay, and Keith Seay; as well as 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
