June 19, 1958 - June 24, 2019
On June 19, 1958 in Muskogee, OK., Willie and Hazel Carter gave birth to a baby boy. They named him Bobbie Ray Carter. He was the youngest of 6 children. Bobbie grew up in Reeves Addition and attended Muskogee Public Schools where he was a part of Muskogee High School Class of 1976. Bobbie was employed for King Tire for many years and also for Oklahoma School for the Blind until his health started to fail. He was loved dearly by his coworkers and definitely by his boys.
On November 29, 1986, Bobbie married the love of his life, Diana Williams where they welcomed the union of 3 children. Bobbie loved his family but mostly he loved the Lord.
