Leon R. Case, 81, died Monday afternoon at his home on the Hartford Rd., South Granville, after a long illness. Mr. case was born in Rock Hill Nov. 14, 1882. and was a veteran of World War I. He was a member of St. Mary's Church and Granville Post, 323, American Legion.

Surviving are his wife, Grace Duclaw Case; two sons, Milton of South Granville and Francis of Belchertown, Mass.; three grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Mabel Zemaski of New Haven, Conn.

The funeral will be conducted Thursday at 9:30 a.m. in St Mary's Church by the Rev. Francis A. O'Connor. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Brandon, Vt.

Friends may call at the McHenry and Roberts Funeral Home from 7 to 9 tonight and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. The Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. The American Legion will conduct a service Wednesday at the funeral home.
