Ian grew up in Ponca City and he enjoyed being around people and talking to them. He was also an avid fan of playing video game, drawing and writing.
Ian is survived by his Mother; Barbara Young and Father Ramon Garcia both of Ponca City, OK; 4 brothers; Funston King and Edward King both of Higginsville, Missouri, Mauricio Garcia of Newkirk, OK and Miguel Garcia of Ponca City, Ok.; 3 Sisters; Gabriella Garcia and Mikaela Garcia both of Ponca City, OK and Cheyenne Garcia of Roswell, New Mexico. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
