Marie G. Pierce (nee Gromofsky) age 99, Marie is the beloved wife of the late Harold R. Pierce; dear mother of Louise (Michael) Benz, Ronald (Lynn Longo), Gerald (Dee), Raymond, Harold (Angela), Marie Fischer (Charles deceased) and Robert (Kelly); many multi-generations of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister of Thomas (Laura) Gromofsky and the following deceased, Joseph, Margaret Recher, Eleanor Petrovic, Elizabeth Gromofsky, John Gromofsky, Robert Gromofsky, Theresa Gromofsky and Albert Gromofsky. Marie was a faithful volunteer at St. Felicitas Church and school, she volunteered for special needs children in the Mayfield Schools; she loved her family and friends, reading, crocheting and gardening, she was involved in the Democratic Party for many years. Marie passed away September 27, 2019.
Mass of Christian Burial Monday September 30 at 10:00 AM at St. John of the Cross Parish, 140 Richmond Road in Euclid. Burial will take place at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends at Brickman Bros. Funeral Home, 37433 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, on Sunday from 2-7 PM. www.brickmanbros.com
