He was an area resident since 1984, coming from Paducah, Ky., and an honor graduate of Tampa Technical Institute and a commercial artist. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James William Fox and Imogene Fox. He is survived by his wife; Kim; father, Joseph Vaughn; and mother, Melissa Ann (Fox) Vaughn Cothran; sons, and step-son, daughter, stepdaughter, and sister, Emily Sarah Marchese.
