Mr. Webb was born in Arlington, KY, on October 18, 1932, to the late Lee Franklin and Fannie Mabel Webb. He was a graduate of Murray State University and University of Kentucky. He was a United States Army Veteran. He was a Vocational Agriculture teacher for 33 years, teaching at South Christian High School, Christian County High School, and Hopkinsville High School. He was a former elder and song leader at Westwood Church of Christ. He was a member of Southside Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his two brothers, George Webb and Murrell D. Webb.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy "Dot" Jean Hale Webb of Hopkinsville; his daughter, Vicki Dianne Champion of Hopkinsville; his son Larry Earl Webb of Louisville, KY; his sister, Elizabeth Weinhardt of Atlanta, GA; and his four grandchildren, Garrett and Olivia Webb, Ethan and Collin Champion.
