Born on June 8, 1944 in Logansport, he is the son to the late William Galloway and Betty (Boutin) Valentine. On April 18, 1969 in Royal Center he married Karen Shidler who survives.
Bill worked as a railroad signalman for PTW. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his friends and family.
Surviving along with his wife Karen, is a daughter, Crystal Galloway, Logansport; sister, Martha (Patrick) Bash, Las Vegas; two brothers, Devin (Sharon) Galloway, Bloomington; Rick (Vicki) Galloway, Logansport; several nieces, nephews and his beloved dog Poppy.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Michael Galloway and Rick Valentine.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 PM on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at Gundrum Funeral Home & Crematory.
