KILLBUCK - Nina P. Butler, age 80, of Killbuck, Ohio, passed away suddenly Sunday September 29, 2019 at her home.

Graveside services will be held 12 noon Saturday at Killbuck Cemetery with Pastor James Butler officiating. Alexander Funeral Home Millersburg, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements. Those wishing to share a memory or make online condolences may do so by visiting www.alexanderfhinc.com

Nina was born November 9, 1938 in Holmes County, Ohio and was the daughter of Russell and Bessie (Eppley) Varns. On June 23, 1956 she married Jack L. Butler and he preceded her in death on July 4, 2009. Nina was a bus driver for West Holmes Schools for close to 30 years. She was a member of the Killbuck First Church of Christ. Nina enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and gardening.

She is survived by three children, Jeffrey T. (Judy) Butler, Joel L. Butler, and Jenny (Steve) Fair; 7 grandchildren, Terria (Dan) Blankenship, Tyler (Brittany) Jones, Renae (Tim) Wade, Benjamin J. Butler, Jack Butler, Brandon Butler and Bradley Fair; 9 great grandchildren; and close friend Owen Mellor.

Along with her husband she was preceded in death by her daughter, Jackie L. Butler and all her siblings.
