July 31, 1941 – August 3, 2019

Sandra Sue Foreman, age 78, of Ponca City, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, August 3, 2019 at Deaconess in Oklahoma City.

Friends and loved ones may pay their respects at the funeral home from 8am-8pm on Tuesday, August 6 with the family present to greet friends form 5-7pm. A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday August 7, 2019 at 10 am at Trout Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Howard officiating. Sandra will be laid to rest at Riverview Cemetery in Arkansas City following the service.

Sandra was born on July 31, 1941 in Sterling, Illinois to John Frey and Lucille (McCormick) Frey. Sandra grew up in Arkansas City, Kansas, she graduated in 1959 and from Ark City High School. Sandra married Bill Foreman in 2004, in Eureka Springs, AR. She worked as a accountant at Conoco Phillips in Ponca City for over 20 years. After retirement from Conoco, she did substitute teaching for Ponca City elementary schools to keep herself busy.

Sandra enjoyed fishing, with Bill, feeding the geese, and all of the neighborhood critters. Loved spending time with her grandchildren, and taking photos of everything. Sticky notes were her best friend, she kept the post it company in business.

Survivors include son; Kevin Leach of Ponca City, daughter; Shelly Creeden and husband Kyle of Keorney, MO, brother; Dennis Frey of Indiana, Six grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; John & Lucille Frey, spouse; Bill Foreman, daughter; Kelly Leach, sisters; Jane White, Janet Oltmans, Gloria Frey, Mary Alice Frey,and brother; John Frey.

Casket bearers will be Daniel Pametickey, Devin Leach, Bryan Galloway, Clint Summit, Larry Newsom, Mike McAllister, Bill Wetzel, and Randy Jackson. Honorary casket bearers will be Kienan Creeden and Aedan Creeden
