GODFREY — Melissa Ann Godfrey, of Grand Rapids, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Jackson, Mississippi. She was born in Grand Rapids on August 28, 1967, where she attended St. Isidore's School and graduated from Grand Rapids Central. She is survived by her children, Alicia and Andrew Godfrey; her granddaughter, Brooklyn Johnson; parents, William and Nadine Godfrey, Linda and Roland Agrella; many brothers and sisters; and aunts, uncles, and cousins. Melissa will be deeply loved and missed by all of her family and friends, and those whose lives she touched with her smile during her years of nursing and volunteer work. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 8, at 7:00 p.m. at Brown-Teman-Christiansen Funeral Home, 511 S. Franklin Street, Greenville, MI 48838.
