Elsie, age 99, was the daughter of Henry and Katherine Schwindt. She married Paul F. Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents. Survivors include her daughter, Paula Martin, four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild Lincoln James Miller. Services were held at Wichita First Church of the Nazarene. Graveside services were held at Memorial Park Cemetery in Topeka.
