Annabelle Medina, age 68, a resident of Chimayo, went home to be with the Lord peacefully, on Monday, September 23, 2019.
Annabelle will be welcomed into Heaven by her husband, Paul H Medina, daughter, Tammie Medina, grandson, David Trujillo; Jr.,son-in-law, David Trujillo and her parents, Willie and Susana Duran.
Annabelle grew up in Chimayo, fell in love with the man of her dreams, then later married him. They started their family, first came Paula then Tammie. Later on came her pride and joy, her grandchildren.
Annabelle was a very hard worker, worked at Los Alamos National Lab for 30 years, started as a custodian then later became a guard.
Annabelle was a gentle soul, she loved spending time with her grandchildren, and she also enjoyed visiting with family members. Her passing leaves a hole in our hearts.
Annabelle will be greatly missed by many.
Annabelle is survived by her daughter, Paula Medina, grandchildren, Miranda, Brandy and Damian, sister, Angela Vigil (Manuel) Joshua Vigil, Goddaughters, Jessica Vigil (Jarren), Janet Romero and Mary-Jo DeAguero, in-laws, Paul and Mary Medina, a very special aunt, Gloria Romero, a very special uncle, Juan Durán and numerous other relatives and friends.
Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated on Monday, September 30, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Chimayo. Burial to follow at the Potrero Cemetery.
