Mr. H. Boland died at his home on West Washington street last Wednesday afternoon after an illness of one week at the age of 76 years and 10 months. The deceased leaves five children to mourn their loss which are Mrs. Geo. Kimmel, Mrs. Arie ver Steeg, Mrs. A. Klein, Henry Boland and Chas. Boland. The funeral services were held last Friday afternoon at the First Reformed church and were conducted by Rev. Niemeyer, after which the remains were land to rest in the cemetery north of this place. Their many friends join with the CHRONICLE in extending their heartfelt sympathy towards the bereaved family in this hour of sore affliction.
