Barron, Pamela Cheryl, Age 66, of Cedarville passed away September 26, 2019 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born in Jamestown, Ohio on March 26, 1953, the daughter of the late Captain Vernon and Naomi (Dickens) Carpenter. She is also preceded in death by an infant son Dean Watson in 1977.

Pam was a 1972 graduate of Cedarville High School and Southern State College as an LPN in 1982.

Pam is survived by her husband of 32 years, Phil Barron, daughter Karen (Ryan) Gibbs, son Brant (Rebecca)Watson, grandchildren Nathan, Bryce, Bryanna and Brynnlee. Also surviving are sisters Alice (Neil) Rogers, Marian (Gordon) Chaney, Sue (Lloyd) Bennett, Althea (Ralph)Crawford, brother Mat (Rachel) Carpenter, brother and sister in-law David and Betty Barron and William Barron, as well as numerous nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.

Pam retired earlier this year from Kettering Hospital after working as a LPN for 34 years in various positions and organizations. The past several years she worked as a Care Navigator in the Fairborn Family Practice and enjoyed working with the staff and patients. She enjoyed her time working in the yard and flower gardens and was always anxious for spring so she could get outside again. Pam loved to travel, spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2019 from 5-8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 11:00 am, followed immediately by internment at New Silvercreek Cemetery in Jamestown, Ohio.
