Monty Daniel “Danny” Thompson 61 of Rogers passed away September 26, 2019. He was born August 26, 1958 in Springdale, Arkansas the son of George Oscar and Martha Maxine Pierce Thompson.

He worked for Walmart in Springdale for ten years and recently at Open Avenue’s in Rogers. Danny had a big heart, he enjoyed listening to Elvis and watching Andy Griffith, spending time with animals, he was an avid Razorback fan.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and five siblings Georgia Hopkins, Oscar, Frank, and Larry Thompson and Carol Edwards.

He is survived by his three siblings Jimmie Thompson of Eudora, Kansas, Debbie Eversole of Rogers and Richard Thompson of Allen, Texas and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Monday, September 30, 2019 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. with services following at 2;00 in the Chapel of Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers. Interment in the Eureka Springs Cemetery, Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
