Don loved the city and enjoyed driving people to their destinations through Cincy Cab. Don was the former president of Cincy Cab. Donald had a lot of stories to share throughout his career. He loved putting others above himself, to help anyone in need of a helping hand.
Donald Sharp was a brother, uncle and true friend to many in his lifetime. Don was a source of support for his siblings Robert (Jackie), Norma, and Mary Lou throughout his life. He was also extremely close with his nieces and nephews; Sandy, Barb, Kyle, and Niki. He also had many great-nieces and nephews. This went as far as Don spoiling his family with Christmas gifts and providing a large array of Thanksgiving pies; because he wanted everyone to have the dessert they liked. Don spent his younger years helping his parents Dana and Ruth. Don had even left high school to help his mother after his father passed away. In his older years, much time was spent with his family and of course, EATING. Donald loved to eat; loved ones wondered if he had a hollow leg!
Don always had a smile on his face with a gentle and caring disposition. Rather than dwell in his passing, his passing has brought up fond memories of Don over the years. Don had a true will to live and enjoyed his life to the fullest. Don’s friends and family hope that he has found some peace and comfort in his passing; as we take comfort knowing that he is with his Mom, Dad and Sister now. Don will be truly missed but we know he is in a better place. Heaven just got a little brighter, God bless Donald.
