Born August 28, 1932 in Ogden, UT; passed away in Spokane Valley, WA on February 25, 2008. She married Donald "Skip" Lundberg in Seattle, WA and together they moved to the Spokane area, where they raised their family. For many years Blanche worked in the Central Valley School District's lunch program. Blanche and Skip loved spending time with family and friends. Predeceased in February 2005 by her beloved husband, Donald. Blanche is survived by her three daughters: Linda (Rick) Spears of Vancouver, WA, Laura (Steve) Ferrell of Auburn, WA and Lisa Lorenzen of Spokane, WA; two sons: Scott (Denise) Lundberg of Arlington, WA and David (Shari) Lundberg of Granite Falls, WA; seventeen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three sisters: Althea (Jerry) Ranson of Ogden, UT, Evelyn Bergeron of Dubuque, IA and Maxine (Jack) Young of Ogden, UT. A visitation will take place at Thornhill Valley Funeral Chapel, 1400 South Pines Rd., Spokane Valley, WA, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Thursday, February 28, 2008. Blanche's Funeral Services will be held at Thornhill Valley Funeral Chapel, 2:00 PM on Friday, February 29, 2008. Interment will follow at Pines Cemetery in Spokane Valley, WA. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Blanche's name to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (OCRF) or the American Heart Assoc. (AMA).
