Rockford friends have been apprised of the sudden death of Mrs. Arvilla Parker, who resided on North Winnebago street for a number of years and was widely known as a dressmaker up to the time of her removal from this city, about three years ago, which occurred yesterday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Earle Freis, 881 Congress street, Detroit, and was due to heart trouble.
Mrs. Parker was about forty-six years of age. Beside the daughter mentioned, she is survived by a brother, James Forrey , of Rockford. Burial will take place at Detroit.
