He was a son of Howard and Susan Keister Acker and was born in Haines Township June 12, 1885. He was never married and was survived by three sisters, Mrs. Mildred Wierman of Chicago, Illinois; Mrs. Forest Vonada, Plainfield, Illinois; and Mrs. Martin Heisel of Hollsopple.
Services were held at the Neff Funeral Home, Millheim, with Reverend Alvin F. Dietz officiating.
Interment was in the Aaronsburg Reformed Cemetery.
