John Richard Riggins, 78, of Gulfport, MS, formerly of Williamsville, MO, died Sunday, September 22, 2019 at St. Joseph Hospice in Gulfport. He was born June 24, 1941 in Williamsville, Missouri to Alma Vestine Goforth Riggins and the late Kenneth Arthur Riggins.
He served in the United States Army from 1964 to 1967.
Services were held Friday, September 27 at the MIssouri State Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield, the Rev. Bill Parkey officiating.
