He passed away on September 19, 2019, from injuries due to a truck accident in the Laramie area of Wyoming. He was formerly of Roosevelt.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jack Frost Gilbert.
He is survived by his mother, Linda and his stepfather, Charlie Irons; his stepmother, Sally; his life love, Nicole; his brothers, Darren Gilbert, Adam Gilbert (Karen), Mike Gilbert (Jennifer) and sister, Jenny Gilbert Carlisle (Rory).
He is also survived by his son, Jackson Whitt Alexander Carter; his daughters, Taylor Raza, Meagan Raza and Eva Gilbert.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Thanksgiving Meadows 2nd Ward, 3679 Bluegrass Blvd., Lehi, Utah. Graveside Services will follow at 1:30 pm at the Lehi City Cemetery, 1100 North 400 East, Lehi, Utah.
