Jessie had worked for the Milam County Appraisal Office for many years. She loved to travel. She also enjoyed cooking for everyone and treasured her time with family. Jessie is preceded in death by her husband, Hubert; her parents; and three brothers, Roy Lee Baggerly, Melvin Baggerly and Dutch Baggerly.
Jessie is survived by her two sons, Lee Morgan and his wife, Ginger of Milano, Texas and Ty Morgan and his wife, Angie of Muleshoe, Texas; her daughter, Angel Osorio and her husband, Catarino of Muleshoe, Texas; her sister, Luann Lukens of Moody Texas; 6 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
