Bob Darden, born November 23, 1948, in Freeport, TX, son of Aubrey and Hazel Darden went home to be with his Savior on Tues, September 10, 2019, after losing his battle with cancer. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Rick Darden. He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Karla; his daughters, Kellie Jovane and husband Rick and Krista Lancton and husband Marty; and grandchildren Gabriella, Cristiano and Jameison. He is also survived by his siblings Paul and Diane Darden, Steve and Kani Darden, Debbie and Charles Ashley, Gwen and Gary Smith, and many nieces and nephews.

Robert was devoted to God and a dedicated servant of his church and The Christian Motorcyclists Assocation. He was a supporter of Veteran organizations, rode with the Patriot Guard Riders and was a founding member of the Texas Honor Ride. A graduate of Irving High School, he served in the US Navy from 1969-1975, receiving the National Defense Service Medal. He was passionate about his family, serving others, motorcycling and travel.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Fellowship of Huntsville on Saturday, September 28th at 1:00 pm.
