Frank Edward Allison, born August 24, 1932 at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, was called home to Heaven on July 11, 2019 with his family at his side. His parents, Willard and Virginia (nee’ Ball), both of Whiting, Indiana, preceded him across the Rainbow Bridge.

On November 24, 1964, Frank married Renate Charlotte Bahro of Lubeck, Germany, and together they had 2 children, Michael Thomas and Karen Michelle, all of whom survive him and currently reside In Colorado Springs, Colorado.

In 1972, Frank retired as a Master Sergeant in the Air Force and pursued a career as an Account Executive with Adams Culvert Company.

Frank enjoyed football, baseball, and golf. He was a kind, gentle and loving man who will be missed terribly.

In addition to his wife and children, Frank is survived by his grandson Gus and son-in-law Al Bartel, both of whom reside in Colorado Springs. He also had a brother, Thomas Willard, who proceeded him in death.

Frank will be inurned at the Shrine of Remembrance in a private ceremony and honored in a Celebration of Life at Fargo’s Pizza, 2910 E. Platte, Colorado Springs, Colorado, at 2 p.m. on August 24, 2019.
