Danvers – Ruth “Sharon” Graves, 77, of Bloomington formerly of Danvers passed away at 1 AM Wednesday September 25, 2019 at McLean County Nursing Home in Normal.

There will be a graveside service at 10 AM Monday September 30, 2019 at Park Hill Cemetery in Bloomington. Reverend Dave Rumley will officiate. Calvert & Metzler Memorial Home in Bloomington is handling arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.

Sharon was born April 27, 1942 in Normal to Robert and Darlene Poling Lee. They preceded her in death as well as one brother Michael Lee and one sister Judy Fansler and one granddaughter Allison Welch.

She is survived by five children, David Graves of New Castle, Oklahoma, Robin (Joe) Austell-Graves of Deltona, Florida, Dori Westfall of Bloomington, Lori Graves of Farmer City, Kevin (Janet) Graves of Brandon, Florida, sixteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

She is also survived by six siblings, Pat (Bob) Wheeler of Bloomington, Linda Corrigan of Centralia, Bob (Ruth) Lee of Chenoa, Carol Dunahee of Centralia, Jerry Lee of Normal, and Rose (Jim) Cato of Mackinaw.

Sharon worked at ITC – 3M Corporation in Bloomington as a manager for many years. She also volunteered her time at Bromenn Hospice for several years. She loved her family and watching all her grandchildren grow up. Sharon’s favorite times were spent playing Bingo and traveling.
