David Sheldon Snodgrass, 74, of Cross Lanes passed away September 24, 2019 at CAMC General Division.
He was retired Depot Manager for Schwann’s Food Company and a member of the Belle Church of Christ. David was an Army Veteran serving as Military Policeman, worked for Conrail Railroad, the Real Estate Trust Department at Charleston National Bank and was a manager at Spring Hill Apartments.
Preceding him in death was his nephew, Thad Snodgrass.
Surviving are his wife, Kathy Snodgrass; son, Chad Snodgrass (Jennifer) of Morgantown; daughters, Katie Snodgrass (Pam Legg) of Cross Lanes, Gina Adkins (Ronnie) of Dunbar, Angie Westfall of Saint Albans; brother, Joe Snodgrass (Johnna Lynn) of Belle; nieces, Shannon and Suzanne Snodgrass; grandchildren, Maximus Snodgrass, Scarlett Snodgrass and Christian Legg.
Graveside funeral services with military rites will be held at 1 p.m.
Friday, September 27th at Ward Cemetery with Pastor Joseph Watts officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the Thad Snodgrass Memorial Scholarship Fund, Attention: Gail Carter, 300 Summers Street 2nd Floor, Charleston, West Virginia 25301.
