Cynthia “Cindy” E. Dixon, 73, of Litchfield, IL, passed away Thursday, September 19, 2019 at St. Mary’s Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

She was born on July 17, 1946 in Carlinville, IL, a daughter of William P. and Virginia Louise (Lott) Giller.

Cindy married Fred Dixon on October 22, 1966 in St. Claire County, IL. He preceded her in death on December 13, 2014.

She was a homemaker and a retail antique dealer for several years. She loved buying, collecting, and selling various items. Cindy also enjoyed race cars and being a race car driver. She was also an avid motorcyclist. In her free time, she enjoyed yard work and gardening.

She was a member of the Red Hat Society and the Women of the Moose in Litchfield, IL.

Cindy is survived by her children, Lisa A. (Russell) Street of Litchfield, IL, Tammy J. (Jerry) Watson of Dupo, IL; stepchildren, Mike L. (Becky) Dixon of Hillsboro, IL, Karen G. (Keith) Durbin of Coffeen, IL, Rhonda I. Huber of Taylorsprings, IL. sisters, Judy Bartley of Lincoln, AR, & Betty Lou McGuire of Carlinville, IL; 9 grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, & 15 step-great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, Fred, daughter, Bunny L. Sies, a great-grandson, Brayden L. Kessler, 1 step granddaughter and 1 step grandson, brothers, William, Bobby, Jim Giller; sister, Isabelle Serrano.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 12:00 noon at the Litchfield Family Funeral Service in Litchfield, IL. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until service time at the funeral home. Pastor Mike Rogers, minister of the Litchfield Southern Baptist Church in Litchfield will officiate. Burial will be in the Green Hill Cemetery near Van Burensburg, IL.

The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the Montgomery County Cancer Association or the Adopt-A-Pet Shelter in Benld.
