Cinda Lorene Draughn 40 of LaFollette died Wednesday Jan 23 at her home. She was a member of East LaFollette Baptist Church. She was an employee of Mountain Valley and East TN Human Resource Agency for the past 18 yrs. Preceded in death by parents, Maynard and Bonnie Powell, and brother Maynard Powell Jr.
Survivors include son Paul Douglas Draughn, Twin sister Linda Brown, sisters; Dorothy McGhee with whom she made her home, Catie Gross and Mary Ann Woods all of LaFollette. Claudette Love of Jacksboro, brothers, Bobby Joe Powell of Dayton Ohio, and William G. Powell of LaFollette. Five nieces and five nephews.
Services were Jan 25 at Martin's Chapel with Rev Don Martin and Sister Mary Evelyn officiating. Burial was in Indian Creek Cemetery. Martin Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
