ELKTON - Ida Josephine "Billie" Moore, 84, died April 26, 2018 in Elkton Transitional Care.

She was born on Feb. 9, 1934 in Fredericktown, daughter of the late Harry L. and Mary Traverse Shaw. She was raised in Galena. She and her husband had owned Andy's Tavern in Kennedyville for 12 years. Billie had also worked in food service for local restaurants. She loved sewing, word search puzzles and watching TV.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Andrew J. Taylor; second husband Frank Moore; sons Charles Nelson Taylor and Mark Andrew Taylor; four brothers, Harry Shaw Jr., Robert E. Shaw, James D. Shaw and Roland Shaw; and four sisters, Ann Thomas, Lily Dill, Mary Moffett and Helen W. Cooper.

Billie is survived by four daughters, Debbie Lane, Betty King, Joyce Comegys and Susan Voss; brother Ralph Shaw; sister Ethel Cronlund; best friend Frances Osborne; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services will be held privately.
