Carolyn JoAnn (Perkins) Mason, 77, of Effingham, formerly of Patoka passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, September 21, 2019. She was born on September 10, 1942 the daughter of Harold and Dorothy (Daniels) Chandler in Vandalia. She married Everett Perkins on February 12, 1961 at Vandalia Baptist Church and he preceded her in death on July 18, 1990. She married Carl Mason on January 31, 1995 and he survives in Effingham.
