Carol Jean Crawford, 83, of Gainesville, died Sept. 21, 2019, at the family home in Gainesville. No services are planned at this time. She was born Nov. 17, 1935, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of Charles and Lillian Kiehfuss Seibert. She loved watching old westerns, collecting Lladro figurines and spending time with her family. She worked in a printing company until her retirement, and in December 2016, she moved to Ozark County to live with her daughter in the Howards Ridge area. She will be sadly missed by many. She is survived by her daughters, Diane Slavings and husband Slim of Howards Ridge, and Rae Ann Turner and husband Maurice of Cincinnati; her son, Ed Crawford and wife Bethany of Cleves, Ohio; grandchildren Deborah Roland, Jerry Lankford, Shannon Lankford, Christy Gayle and husband Walter, Shaun Marie Simpson and husband Greg, Stephanie Murray and husband Jason, Christina Mai and husband Joe, Holly Releford, Michael Releford, Nicole Crawford, Matthew Crawford, Mario Turner and wife Mackenzie, Solayna Turner, Anthony Turner; and many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Charles and Lillian Seibert; her daughter, Marcella Jo Releford; one granddaughter, Missy Renee Releford; a sister Barbara Setser; and brothers Billy Seibert and Charles Harry Seibert.
For her final arrangements, Ms. Crawford chose Genesis Legacy Whole Body Donation. Memorial contributions may be made to the Medical Education & Research Institute, 44 S. Cleveland, Memphis, TN 38104.
